Stayed with kids
We had an amazing stay at Alan’s place. The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious. It felt like a home away from home!
The location was ideal – quiet, yet close to everything we wanted to do.
Communication with the host was excellent! Alan was always quick to respond. We felt taken care of the entire time.
Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alan’s home! The house was spotless and even better than the pictures — they really don’t do it justice. It was our first time visiting Cape Coral, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, super close to restaurants and grocery stores.
Alan was also incredibly responsive and helpful. We asked about using the BBQ and the jacuzzi, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were stocked with gas and that all our questions were answered quickly. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks right from the patio — such a special touch!
