The 40 sq m studio is divided into three areas:

The kitchenette and dining area,
the bed/living room,
and the outdoor patio.

And of course, there is a bathroom 🙂

You will find a built-in queen-size bed and a built-in single sofa/bed.

An old arch in the wall has been converted into a hanging wardrobe and the stone surface underneath can be used as a perfect desk.

The outdoor patio has the typical Greek coffee table and chairs and can easily accommodate 3 or 4 people.

Finally, as a rare feature, the studio has two entrance doors (the upper part of the doors can be left open) and two windows that allow more light and great air circulation!

CLIMATE and TEMPERATURE
Thanks to the strong traditional Cycladic architecture, as well as the location of the village (altitude 400m), these old ground floor spaces are very cool in summer and do not need air conditioning. However, there is an air conditioner and a dehumidifier/ionizer.
The 70cm thick stone walls of the studio allow the space to be cool in summer and warm in winter.
