I have stayed at this hotel twice. It is an unfinished hotel with a beach. Although I have never had a problem with the room itself, I do not like the overall condition of the hotel: broken doors, non-working elevators, etc. The beach is nice, but the water here is very cold. When you go to the beach nearby, the water is much warmer. The system for electricity and water usage is unusual. Once your credit runs out, you have to recharge it, but this can only be done starting from 10 a.m. Even then, it happened to us that the person responsible for recharging did not come to work.On the positive side, the location of the hotel is good — close to the city center, the marina, and shops.

Terrible service, bad location, dirty hotel. I ordered a 2 bedroom apartment, got a small room without any of the amenties I ordered. Upon arrival, I was met by staff who spoke only Arabic and showed no interest in assisting me with my room. After waiting for 30 minutes in an empty reception, I was given the wrong room. The room was smaller and lacked the amenities I had booked. I tried to change rooms throughout the night and the following day, and eventually succeeded—but only after spending considerable time and effort to get the room I had originally paid for. The hotel suffers from poor maintenance, the staff is unprofessional, the street next to the property is noisy, and the location is far from the city center and major attractions. Additionally, the hotel is under construction. I was unable to obtain a refund for the night spent in the wrong room. The manager even lied to me, promising a refund if I deleted my initial review. As an experienced traveler, I must say this hotel provided the worst service I have ever encountered.

Rented an apartment at this place for 2 weeks, as the reviews of the house reef was good, the reef itself still in very good condition at the deepest part with lots of fish,but the amount of people that walk from the beach to the reef due the shallow water is unbelivable, people just dont realize that they are destroying the reef by walking on the reef, there's a walkboard that was built to get to the reef more easily, but people use that to sunbathe and leave their rubbish there, every day i was picking up cigarette butts and paper from the water. Management of the place should do more to stop people from damaging the reef and smoking on the pier, like getting life guards to control the beach like the resort next door.

Free cancellation request Others The room is not as described It was advertised as 1 single bed, 7 double beds for 5 adults (3 rooms) but he offer us 1 room with 3 single beds When talking with owner they refused to refund the room or change us to an appropriate room. The room smelt of bleach and paint and my wife has asthma and couldn’t breathe in the room. We ending up going back to Cairo as no other hotels have room as they need to book it in advance Don’t waste your money using this hotel

The room was not clean and full of hair. Dirty sofa. The bed cover probably was never changed. The shower was also dirty and a disaster.
