ℹ️ Access is allowed to all areas except for one cabinet in the storage room, which is designated for use by the apartment service staff.

🚶‍♂️ Access to the apartment: Access is simple — with an elevator to the 5th floor and a few steps that lead you to the terrace from which you enter the apartment.

Other things to note
🚗 Parking: Private parking (with fee) is available approximately 70 meters from the property, offering easy and secure parking.

💰 Invoice: As an individual, it is not possible to issue an invoice. However, it is possible to issue a receipt along with the printing of the reservation declaration in the official Short-Term Rental Application of the Hellenic Property Agency, which is a completely legal document and acceptable by the tax authorities, as previous visitors have already assured.
