❌ Additional guests beyond those declared are NOT allowed.
ℹ️ Access is allowed to all areas except for one cabinet in the storage room, which is designated for use by the apartment service staff.
🚶♂️ Access to the apartment: Access is simple — with an elevator to the 5th floor and a few steps that lead you to the terrace from which you enter the apartment.
Other things to note
🚗 Parking: Private parking (with fee) is available approximately 70 meters from the property, offering easy and secure parking.
💰 Invoice: As an individual, it is not possible to issue an invoice. However, it is possible to issue a receipt along with the printing of the reservation declaration in the official Short-Term Rental Application of the Hellenic Property Agency, which is a completely legal document and acceptable by the tax authorities, as previous visitors have already assured.
📌 Due to tax laws in Greece, you are required to provide your passport number or tax registration number prior to check in. Guests cannot be accepted without this information.
