CALERGI RESIDENCE 15 – Boutique Resort 1BDR/1LVR Apt-Pool-Rooftop -Nature – Sunset-Rethymno

Calergi is one of a kind! I loved every minute of staying here. From the moment I called Manolis Sr, to getting there and settling in, everything was so great! Manolis (the owner, and the son of Manolis Sr), is an incredibly warm, always helpful ans very communicative. If I ever needed any help or had a question, he was immediately available to help. The whole place has been designed by Felicia, his mother, and every room has been done up so aesthetically. I loved my apartment, and it felt like home. The cleaners who come once a week, are truly wonderful and leave the apartment sparkling! Caleegi is situated in a really good part of Rethymno, away from the busyness of the city center and yet close to it. It has a supermarket and pharmacy within a few minutes walk, really good tavernas, and a gorgeous bakery & café next to it. I'd go down every morning for my coffee, and meet the lovely locals who frequent it. I found it so easy to work from here - the WiFi is fast, the apartments very comfortable, and there's even a kitchen if you'd like to cook, with everything you need. I cannot recommend this incredible place enough!

Calergi Residence is undoubtedly a great place to stay in Rethymno. Everything from booking the place to settling in was amazing, and seamless. The owners (Manolis Sr, Felicia & their son Manolis) were incredibly warm, helpful, very prompt in communication, and always available when needed. The entire place is aesthetically & thoughtfully designed by the lovely Felicia, where every room is unique and has its own character, designed keeping the smallest detail in mind. We loved our apartment, and it felt like home. The cleaners who come once a week, are truly wonderful and leave the apartment sparkling! Calergi is ideally situated in an idyllic part of Rethymno, away from the chaos of the city centre and yet close to it. It has a supermarket, pharmacy, great tavernas all at walking distance, and a gorgeous local bakery & café right next door. A great place for your morning coffee and friendly conversations with the locals :) Calergi has everything to make your stay worthwhile. Fast WiFi, very comfortable apartments, with well equipped kitchens if you like to cook. I highly recommend this place, and would surely stay here again!

Great Host Manolis and cleaning once a week until November made our stay worth it :) All Apartments are furnished with a love for details and every single one is unique. Only thing you need to know: you definitively need a car as the busses don’t come that frequently and walking to Rethymnon is not really possible…

Absolutely amazing stay in a smaller town just outside of Rethymno. Perfect cute very local spots right outside the hotel for coffee, small supermarket, etc. The hotel itself is run by the perfect hosts, Manolis was amazing & the hosts were so kind & welcoming. I loved their place so much I returned & extended my stay there for a bit after I had an unfortunate circumstance happen while staying at another place in Crete! The overall property is set up as a great way to meet other folks but still have a lot of privacy & the apartment itself was extremely clean, well-equipped, comfortable, the main terrace was beautiful for sunsets, tanning, etc. & overall it felt like such a comfortable oasis & relaxing stay. You really do get a nice small Greek village feel, some cute tavernas a few min walk where you can have dinner outside a beautiful church. (The church bells are loud on Sunday but I actually enjoyed it very much haha, just be prepared). Would absolutely stay again & recommend.
