Please note that, according to Greek legislation (Law 5073/2023 and Joint Ministerial Decision A.1217/2023), all short-term rental properties in Greece are required to collect a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee on behalf of the Greek State. This fee supports sustainable tourism and climate resilience initiatives.

The fee is:
• €8 per night from April to October (high season)
• €2 per night from November to March (low season)
