Bella Suites- furnished studio apartment

This is a company that appears extremely attentive and helpful — right up until the moment they make a sale. Once the contract is signed, they completely disappear. They promised to manage the rental of the studio apartments they sold us, yet their staff are now completely unreachable by phone. On top of that, the Annex building they recently constructed has been built directly attached to our existing building, which has caused a clear and significant drop in the value of our units. We are now unable to either sell or rent out the properties we purchased. Buyer beware.

I bought house last year, they gave me the the house intantionally where they are going to build annex building and price decreased because of dark house with no light. They are not managing house also, its sitting empty last 8 month. They said they finish houses and handovered but its also big lie no body have title deads yet can you imagine🤣 scam project stay far there is a reason houses cheap because there is no title deads. When you try discuss with them they solve the issues by blocking your phone numbers also very creative way to handle the problems

We purchased a studio apartment at Grand Midtown, and during the buying process, we were never informed that an additional building called "Annex" would be constructed directly adjacent to our unit. The view from our apartment is now completely blocked — a dark, gloomy void due to ongoing construction. As a result, the unit receives no sunlight whatsoever, making it impossible to find a tenant. We were sold a defective property without proper disclosure. Furthermore, at the time of sale, management explicitly promised us that they would handle renting out these units on our behalf — a commitment they have since completely failed to honor. To make matters worse, management is entirely unreachable. Our phone calls are being blocked. We have been left with no choice but to initiate legal proceedings against them.
