Little Iremía is a large, bright, 2-Bedroom villa-style apartment with great sea views just a few minutes from the harbour at Boukari.
Iremía means calm or tranquility in Greek, and that’s what you’ll find here – a relaxing break in real Corfu, surrounded by olive groves and gazing at the sea.
The self-contained apartment enjoys its own private access, two parking spaces and exclusive outdoor space with barbecue.
The Space
Inside, the apartment consists of:
– 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (which can be made up as either King Size or twin-bedded on request) both with en-suite bathrooms featuring large, walk-in showers with monsoon showerheads.
– A large and airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
Modern windows throughout the apartment also feature mosquito screens.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you might expect to enjoy your stay, plus a couple of added extras such as a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
From the living room, there is access onto a balcony and down to a large decked area (this is solely for your use and not shared in any way) featuring lounging and dining areas and a BBQ. From here you can also enjoy far-reaching views of the sea, countryside, and pretty village of Kouspades. The deck wraps around the apartment on two sides, so it can also be reached directly from the bedrooms.
At the front of the property, there is a driveway with parking space for two cars.

The Location
Little Iremia is located on the edge of Kouspades; an authentic, charming greek village which is just a short walk, or even shorter drive, from the pretty little harbour at Boukari. Boukari is famous as home to some of the best fish restaurants on Corfu and featured on Rick Stein’s Mediterranean Escapes (BBC).
There are a whole host of great beaches and swimming spots in almost every direction. If you enjoy swimming in pools, the pools of a couple of local boutique hotels are open to non-residents and just a few minutes away.
Getting around
We’re in a peaceful, rural location but there’s lots to explore within a short drive, so we definitely recommend hiring a car for at least part of your stay. We have free car parking spaces at the property for 2 cars (or of course, multiple quadbikes or scooters if you prefer).
There is a daily bus service and the bus stop is a very short walk from Little Iremía.

The property is not suitable for infants and we are unable to accommodate children under 14 years of age.

9 months agoThis is a wonderful property in a spectacular location. The views are breathtaking, and it’s ever so peaceful. The hosts Rob and Zoe are warm, welcoming, and so helpful. The apartment is well stocked with everything you’ll need, including beach towels, pods for the washing machine and dishwasher, and coffee pods (so many types of pods!). The property is tucked up in the hills, about a 15 minute walk from the sea. There’s no shortage of delights amongst the olive groves below the house; chickens, cats, and swifts brought great joy when relaxing on the veranda. 5 stars are simply not enough!

a year agoOur stay at Little Iremia was perfect in every way! The location is serene, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you need. The terrace is out of this world and the views are insane, providing a wonderful place to relax. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, offering great local tips. It's the perfect base to explore Corfu’s attractions, beaches, and quiet villages. I highly recommend Little Iremia!

a year agoJune 2024 We first visited Little Iremia in 2020 and were so impressed that we made sure that a revisit was included in our recent return to Greece. And everything was as wonderful as the first time! The apartment is large, bright and spacious with a fabulous terrace at the rear which has magnificent views up the east coast of Corfu as well as over to mainland Greece and Albania. In addition, the fixtures and fittings used in this apartment are all of the highest standard from the comfort of the bed, (the best of our 6 week tour!), the towels & linen, the crockery and cutlery, the inside and outside furniture, the large walk in showers .... just everything. And it all still looks brand new which is a testament to the attention to detail of the hosts, Rob and Zoe. It is evident from the moment you arrive that they clearly want their guests to have the very best experience possible and are just so professional, kind and sociable as hosts. And in case you're wondering, no we're not family members, just extremely grateful clients who can't wait to come back to Little again. Sept 2020 The name ‘Iremia’ says it all as it’sthe Greek word for calm/peace! Set in a charming Greek hill village just above the coast, the views from the huge terrace area over the olive trees up to Corfu town and over to the Greek and Albanian mainland are beautiful. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything from bottle stoppers for non-finished bottles of wine to hard and soft pillows. The attention to detail is superb and everything was spotless! But what makes this a really special place to stay are the hosts. From their warm and sincere welcome, the wealth of information on the local area, beaches, restaurants etc through to their easy manner, they transform a simple stay into a memory that will remain in our hearts of a special moment in our travels. 4 years agoLittle Iremia is a wonderful quiet place with a great view over the valley. As the villa is located on a hill you have a nice view on the sea and olive tree fields. The facilities in the apartment are fantastic and over all the accommodation is presented excellently. Everything is very clean and tidy. Bedrooms have their individual bathrooms and as well as a living room are equipped with air conditioning. Kitchen is great, with dish washer (always nice during a holiday) and all other electric equipment you may think of. Very nice living room has a direct access to a huge terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also 2 tables so you can enjoy your meals looking on a beautiful landscape. There are so many beaches in the region, you can easy go to have a swim in crystal clear water. I can only say good things about this apartment and recommend it to anyone. A wonderful place for a relaxing holidays. Very helpful, charming owners, willing to help in any way. Thank you Rob & Zoë. We hopefully shall be back soon.

4 years agoI stayed here with my sister during the middle of August 2021. The apartment is everything you could wish for - it is light, bright & spacious. The beds are really comfortable, the showers powerful, the kitchen is great, it's all great. The huge, decked balcony has some full sun areas and some shade all day, a BBQ, loungers, swing egg chairs and an amazing view. However, the BEST thing is having hosts like Zoe & Rob. They were so helpful, kind & fun, we hadn't hired a car (& ideally you do need one) so they took us to the supermarket, picked us up from the airport & the beach & also gave us top tips for local places to swim & eat. We had a great few days & thoroughly recommend you book Little Iremia for a holiday.
