This cozy 60 sqm apartment is fully furnished and equipped: One bedroom with a king-size bed, a 160cm sofa bed, an extra single sofa bed in the living room, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the town center.
The attic-style ceiling, with its traditional wooden paneling, adds charm and insulation, while the décor includes original artwork and photography. Amenities include Wi-Fi (4G), a Smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning in the living room, three additional fans for summer cooling, individual oil heating, and hot water.
The apartment is perfectly positioned for mountain and sea lovers: hiking trails are just a 10–15 minute walk away, and the area’s beautiful beaches can be reached by car in 5–20 minutes. Shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks are all within a 10–20 minute walking distance. Free street parking is available directly in front of the building.
Located on the 3rd floor of a modern building, please note that while there is an elevator to the 2nd floor, there are stairs leading to the 3rd floor. For this reason, the apartment is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues. A friendly cat lives next door and, from time to time, walks on the roof, so you may see him at the apartment’s balcony
The surrounding area boasts historical and archaeological sites, churches and monasteries, traditional villages, and other attractions waiting to be explored.

The apartment is wonderful, comfortable, and has everything one could need, including a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils, and more. The view from the terrace is simply incredible – you can see the entire coastline, and on clear days, even Halkidiki. We especially loved spending evenings on the terrace, basking in the cool air with a glass of wine 🙂. Magdalene had left detailed information about interesting places in Litochoro and the surrounding area. We didn’t manage to see everything, but we tried🙂. Definitely, the apartment is a good starting point both for the beach and the sea, as well as for hikes on Olympus.
