Welcome to Yria Suite Zakynthos!
Spacious, bright and airy studio, located 80 m from the center of the village Katastari (Alykes), in a quite area, ideal for couples, friends and families! Very close to the touristic resort of Alykes, with the beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear waters. In just a walking distance, you will find all you may need i.e., pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, post office, patisserie, internet café, medical doctor, etc. and the bus stop to Zante town. Plenty of choices for food and drinks in Alykes and the surrounding areas.
The studio is suitable for up to 5 people and for babies and kids. It has a double bed, three single beds, a guest folding bed and a crib (upon request), separate spacious kitchen fully equipped with all electric appliances (electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster etc) and cooking utensils. It is fully air-conditioned and has a flat screen TV and free wi-fi access. Has a private bathroom with shower and a baby bath. In the garden you can relax or have your BBQ! There is a small playground in our backyard where kids can enjoy playing! Beach equipment are also provided (umbrella, etc)
Our house is located in a quite area and it is ideal for relaxing holidays for couples, friends or families! In our place, you will find a detailed guide written by us, with recommendations for swim, food, entertainement and places that you shouldn’t miss, when visiting Zakynthos. We are in the center of all major attractions! If you need tranquality away from all crowded places, then you are making the right choice! We are here to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
You will be greeted in person upon arrival, and we’ll be happy to share local tips about the island – the best beaches, food spots, and hidden gems. Hospitality is part of our culture, and we want you to leave Zakynthos with the best memories!

2 years agoAbsolutely exceptional accommodation with a wonderful and friendly hostess Anastasia. On arrival we received a rich welcome basket and lots of useful advice on trips and attractions to visit. The accommodation is clean and fully equipped, including a kitchen. For the children, the owner prepared a lot of games for them to play with during the evening, it was possible to borrow a lot of toys for the beach.

3 years agoThe best apartment ever! I don*t like to be in crowded buildings with 150 people. Only us and olive trees. Enough space for 5 people. Wide shower. Comfortable beds. Awesome host: Anasthasya and Kostas. Wonderful people. And I have travelled the Greece last 18 years. The best you can find. Free parking space, isolated from road noise, any noise, but the regular village noise like roosters. I was so sad to leave. I would like to have house like that

2 years agoWould like to thank the owner because always with a smile offered us everything necessary for a pleasant rest on the ground floor of his house, located in a rural location with the familiar sounds of crickets, roosters and the church bell, which did not disturb us. Sea air, fine sand, beautiful nature and good people are the main attractions of this island.

3 years agoThe hospitality at Yria Suite was a surprise for us. We have been to so many places but we have never found the warmth and care of Anastasia (Tania) anywhere! When we arrived, a basket with everything you can imagine and a bottle of wine and ouzo was waiting for us! The house was spotless and fully equipped! To our surprise, there were even toothbrushes, slippers, razors and cosmetics in the bedroom! We felt like VIPs! :) Anastasia with her daily care and advice made our vacation wonderful! We recommend Yria Suite with our eyes closed. July 2022.
