Best for groups of up to six guests, with two spacious bedrooms, one featuring a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom can be easily rearranged to suit your needs with either a king-size bed and a single bed or three single beds and a TV and an air condition, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
The living room features a cozy four-seater sofa(not a sofa bed), which can be easily transformed into a comfortable sleeping area, as well as a TV for your entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen is the heart of the apartment, complete with a five-stage RO drinking water filtering system, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a modern induction cooktop. You’ll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Apart from all necessary amenities you may possible need for your stay, we also provide for your baby, you may have, a high chair, a foldable baby crib, baby pillow and sheets and a baby swing chair.
For your convenience, we also provide a separate washing machine room and storage area, so you can keep your belongings organized and clean throughout your stay and with air conditioning throughout the apartment, you’ll stay cool and comfortable no matter the temperature outside.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check in time: 15:00 Check-in, not earlier than 15:00pm. Late check-in is possible as keys can be also be collected from a key-lock. Check out time: 11:00 Check-out must be done before 11:00am. Late check-out, may be allowed depending on the availability of the apartment (if no other guest is expected that same day) and only after agreement with the host.
How many people can the apartment accommodate?
The apartment can receive up to 6 guests. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the apartment. We reserve the right to terminate the reservation if you exceed this limit.
Is there parking available? If so, is it free?
There is a designated area, next to the apartment, with a capacity of about 6 cars. Parking is free.

Is there a kitchen and what appliances are available?
The kitchen is fully equipped including: stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator with freezer, grill toaster, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, multi blender, electric juicer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware etc. Preseving the environment: There is also a certifed five-stage Reverse Osmosis(RO) water filtering system, so there is no need for the guest(s) to buy and carry plastic water bottles.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, linens and towels are provided. Additionaly, next to the basin dark colored towels, specially for make up removal. Please ONLY use those to remove your make up. In the master bedroom there a chest of drawers where you can also find some colored towels you can take to the beach or use them in our swimming pool. Please only use those for the beach or for the swimming pool.
Are there laundry facilities available?
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine placed in the wash and storage room(inside the apartment). After washing clothes, you can dry your clothes on the drier lines provided right outside the apartment. You can find the washing machine(manual En).
What is the cancellation policy?
You will be fully refunded your payment when: you cancel your booking within 48 hours from it. you cancel your booking 14 days before check-in. No Show: In case of not checking-in on the arrival day, the guests must inform the host as soon as possible about the reason and when will they be checking in. In case of No Show and no communication with the host, the guests are not eligible of any king of refund and host can use the apartment for other last minute guests.
Is there a security deposit and how much is it?
The guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the house property caused by themselves or any person for whom they are responsible. All bookings include a 200€ Damage/Security deposit which is fully refunded after check-out if no damages are found in the apartment. This deposit appears as “(Refundable) Damage Deposit” in your booking details. In case of any damage, guests must inform the host, in order to estimate the compensation cost. Please bear in mind that if you accidentally brake for example a glass or a plate, that is not a big deal and we will not charge you anything as we don’t want to be cheap on our guests. We like to think this damage/security deposit as a reminder of respect for the apartment and its contents.
Are there any fees involved apart from the day base rate?
The are three fees to be taken onto account, per booking: 1. A 25€ Cleaning Fee (one time fee per booking) 2. Environmental tax fee 8€, imposed by a Greek governmental law ( Law 5162/2024 (Government Gazette A’ 198/5-12-2024) to be paid PER DAY. 3. A REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit of 200€. Refunded on the day of check out IN CASH.
What is the minimum stay required?
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
What are the nearest shops around the apartment?
We will send this information three(3) days prior to your arrival.
Is the area safe for walking at night?
he area is called Ammoudi and not only this area, but the whole in general is quite safe. There has never been the slightest incident concerning violence or theft. This is a beautiful and safe country side area to walk around. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
Will you send any information about the whereabouts of the area?
Three days prior to your arrival we will send an extensive list of proposals conserning beaches restaurants and various todos.
