The Space & Your Stay:
This is an independent 60 sq.m. accommodation that includes:

Two bedrooms for a restful sleep.

A spacious entrance hall with a dedicated workspace (desk/table).

A fully equipped open‑plan kitchen with a counter, plus a bathroom.

A lovely courtyard/veranda where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink with a stunning view of the Pagasitikos Gulf.

Note: In the current configuration, the living room area is not included, offering a more affordable, autonomous, and functional stay (which also keeps the daily Climate Crisis Resilience Tax, -a mandatory tax for all guests visiting Greece-, lower for our guests).

Your private space consists of the 60 sq.m. area of the house described in the main listing, as well as the courtyard and the on‑site parking area.
The living room will remain locked, but your stay remains fully comfortable and unrestricted in the rest of the house, where you will find the two bedrooms, the open kitchen, the spacious hall, and the bathroom/WC.

Access & Parking
The accommodation is located directly on the main road of Milies, with convenient, free private parking inside the property.

🚽 Sewage / Toilet
Due to the local sewage system, please do not throw paper, wet wipes, or any other items into the toilet bowl. Always use the designated bin.

🧺 Washing Machine
The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room within the building and is available for use—especially for longer stays of more than 4 days—upon prior arrangement.

Accessibility
There are 3 steps inside the house leading to the bathroom, as well as stairs connecting the parking area to the house entrance.

Pets

Friendly pets are welcome upon prior arrangement. (Please note: Our own friendly dog and three cats also live on the property).

Local Tax (T.A.K.K.)
The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, (€8/night during the high season 1st April to 31st October, and €2/night during the other months, only as far as short-term stays are concerned, that is for stays up to 60 nights), is automatically calculated during the booking and included in the total price.
